We will be having a planning session in October of 2012. At that session we will be planning all aspects of the event. We need help brainstorming and arranging: Theme, Video, Sound, Music, Program, Saturday Activities, Campus Reception leaders on Friday night – Saturday night banquet table hosts for campus alumni groups, meal planning etc…
